Accountant - MIS Reporting (2 Month Contract)
Job details Looking to recruit an experienced MIS Accountant to be based in the Dubai office.The MIS Accountant will be a part of the team that supports the management information requirements.
Major tasks for Accountant - MIS Reporting
- Creating reports from Oracle EBS and if required other Financial Systems.
- Performing post data extraction operations in Excel workbooks.
- Summarizing, reconciling and analyzing reports developed.
- Periodic run and maintenance of reports developed.
- Responding to user queries on reports produced.
Skills required for Accountant - MIS Reporting
- Basic understanding of Oracle EBS R11 or R12 (AR, AP, CM, GL, FA, Purchasing) along with good working knowledge of reports generation.)
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Discoverer and GL Wand reporting tools- developing, maintaining & periodic run of reports.
- Expert level knowledge of Ms Excel, specifically formulae, tables and formatting, conditional formats, index matching, charting, data tables removing #REF and circular references etc. (Usage of macros is desirable, but not essential).
- Ability to perform data analysis and cross check/ reconciliation to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Good communication skill in English.
