Job Description Join our subsidiary as an HSE Engineer in the United Arab Emirates !

Your main missions will be :

REFERENCE DOCUMENTATION:

• Keep tracking of changes in environmental regulations and update accordingly.
• Contribute to draft and update reference documents (directives, rules, specifications, procedures and instructions).

REPORTING:

• Ensure proper measurement and monitoring for quality environmental and energy records and reporting.

• Is in charge of environmental and energy reporting to TOTAL ABK Management, TOTAL HQ, ADNOC & local authorities (on a weekly, monthly quarterly and yearly basis).
• Input the reporting system on incidents, accidents, anomalies.

WASTE MANAGEMENT:

• In charge of the affiliate waste management plan Implementation, follow-up and improvement actions.

AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT:

• Is in charge of the affiliate air quality monitoring in collaboration with field and Mussafah

representatives. * Is in charge of the air ambient quality study and reporting for the affiliate.

• Is in charge of PEMS follow-up (data analyses, reporting and coordination of system calibration).

ENERGY MANAGEMENT:

• ldentify the scope and boundaries of the affiliate to be addressed in the Energy Management

System (EnMS). * Follow-up energy consumptions & energy efficiency inside the EnMS perimeter.

• Establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the EnMS in accordance with

applicable standards and laws. * Lead energy management team on Flaring Reduction and Energy Efficiency performance.

• Edit and encourage REX on energy efficiency or flaring for HQ feedback.

AUDIT:

• Participate in audits of installations and operations to check the conformity with reference documents and international standards (IS014001:2015 and ISO 50001:2011).

• Ensure that Environmental policy and reference documents are understood and applied.

TRAINING/COMMUNICATION:

• Provide awareness sessions for the respect of environment, waste segregation, TABK environmental and energy management systems and participate in contributing to other awareness programmes.
• Provide support on training plan for local personnel on specific environmental and energy aspects.
• Leader for environment and energy campaigns.

GLOBAL MANAGEMENT:

• Take part on the enforcement, efficiency and maintenance of the HSE MAESTRO-05 (ENV), ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) and ISO 50001:2011 (EnMS).
• Contribute to environmental and energy performance improvement by coordinating/participating of specific projects/studies for the design of installations, the execution of operations and for abandonment.
• Designated Member of the ADNOC environment and energy committees. - Take part in incident, accident and anomaly investigations and analyses.
• Ensure the follow-up and execution of actions determined after incident, accident, audit and inspection analyses.
