\n\n What are my responsibilities?

- Collaborates with Country EHS Head and\n Division EHS team and other support functions and services as well as all\n relevant interfaces to achieve the EHS policy objectives
- Adapts, promotes and implements Country EHS\n programs and initiatives and monitors their effectiveness
- Ensures EHS Management System implementation\n and drives continuous improvement for the Country organization.
- Plans, implements and follows up the\n audit/assessment/inspections program (including certification audits where\n applicable).
- Contributes to analyzing stakeholder EHS\n requirements.
- Ensures and controls EHS related reporting as\n to local and Siemens requirements
- Ensures adequate EHS related communication\n towards internally within organization
- Coordinate [annual] medical examinations and\n health assessments
- Communicating and promoting health management\n matters

\n\n What do I\nneed to qualify for this job?
\n\n
- Being a UAE citizen is a requirement with\n related degree or qualification
- First work experience is highly recommended
- Interest in EHS programs, standards,\n procedures and practices
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Ability and willingness to coordinate internal\n events and to present to employees/management
- Interest in working in a fast-paced,\n multi-cultural environment
