Opportunity Responsibilities The Concessions Analyst will support the Concessions Director through the effective and detailed analysis required relating to the varying financial elements of prospective concessions opportunities. This role will supply information and insight to aide in increasingly effective negotiations, track information, deliver reporting and manage projects. The Analyst will be a central part of the Concessions team working across multiple projects at any given time, supporting milestone tracking and performance.
Main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Consolidate and update financial information related to the various concessions operators;
- Track and report on variations that emerge due to updates through the negotiating and contracting process;
- Support document management for audit purposes and manage the timely flow of evidentiary material;
- Consolidate documents for presentation and transmittal;
- Provide insight and analysis related to business scenarios.
Skills 2+ years working within a professional capacity related to finance or project management, ideally in FMCG, Hotels or F&B operations;
- A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field;
- Excellent MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills, as well as strong adaptive skills for other systems such as SAP;
- Excellent analytical capability, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Working within a team, being a capable contributor in a dynamic environment.
