Objectives and Role Profile
To play a key role to ensure the implementation of all action plans related to business excellence purposed by the concerned areas. Analysis the gaps and identifies mitigation plan as well as applying them.
Key Tasks and Performance Indicators
Core Responsibilities: · Working towards a pre-set of excellence objectives and strive to achieve them within the specified timeframe.
· Promote the different award categories of AD Ports internal excellence awards.
· Leading the closeout off all excellence findings raised by internal and external assessors. This shall include developing structured closeout plans with identified deadlines.
· Provide monthly statistical report highlighting the progress towards the closeout finding.
· Supervise and review the developments of submissions for the internal excellence awards
· Supervise and review the developments of Write reports of unites/divisions and departments basic needs such as facilities and process enhancement to achieve excellence.
· Participate in the review of the internal excellence awards scheme and related frameworks, models and committees.
People Management Responsibilities:
· Coach and mentor
· Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality goal accomplishment and excellence.
· Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the organization in accordance with the 4 Generation requirements.
Qualifications/Experience/Competencies
- EFQM Licensed Advisor or Licensed Trainer.
- EFQM Assessor
- Certified EFQM Leaders for Excellence
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt
- Certified CPM or PMP
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- PhD / Master Degrees in Business Administration or related business fields.
