Golf Course Outside Service Supervisor - Red Sky Ranch - Full Time, Summer Seasonal

The Outside Guest Service Supervisor, under the direction of the Head Pro or Director of Golf, will provide service to the members in the area of outside operation. This position oversees cart attendants, range attendants, valet attendants, and starters. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and scheduling all outside staff personnel
• Operating the starter's booth and assuring the orderly flow of play
• Keeping records of all rounds played including cart usage and communicating that with the Pro Shop to assure proper billing
• Posting conditions of play for the day and being available to answer any questions about the golf program
• Maintaining adequate supplies, operating golf cart storage, and assuring every member and guest has a bag tag
• Developing a driving range that is maintained throughout the day and organizing an orderly valet operation
• Reporting time and labor for staff
• Maintain a safe working environment for all staff
• Provide bag tags for all members and guests
• Properly care for the operation and routine maintenance of the golf cart fleet
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to work outside in all conditions
• Willing to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work for the entire season
• Resumes and In-person interviews required
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
• Valid US driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Supervisory experience required
• At least 1 year golf course guest service experience required, preferably with high end clientele
• Must be able to read, write, speak, understand and comprehend English fluently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous experience working for Red Sky Ranch Outside Services - highly preferred
