Controlling the Raw mix, Clinker & cement Quality in shift as per given Target.
Preparation of Std. Solution & performing chemical analysis as & when required of all raw materials like Limestone, Silica Sandstone, Feldspar, Calcium Fluoride, Clay, Gypsum and semi-finished materials like raw meal, kiln feed and Clinker.
Calibration of Equipments like Blaine apparatus, electronic Balance, PH meter etc.
Skills M.Sc. Chemistry (Analytical / Inorganic).
Min. 5 Years in QC Dept.
Good experience with XRF Operation & Calibration.
