Job Summary As per the job description with a degree in HR Management and at least 2 years' HR experience.
The HR manager is passionate about supporting potential, new and current staff, managing staff needs, handling all daily employee operations and staff issues including training and team building, supporting the management team with scheduling staff on the floor during term time and extended care timings, as well as leave and absences, being the compliance liaison between government entities, the PRO and staff for inspections and for processing of labour, visa and associated requirements, in charge of contracts, using time attendance systems and wage systems, providing administrative support, having excellent record keeping ability, being part of the quality team.
Hours are: 8 am to 4pm, 5 days a week, 30 working days (6 weeks) vacation
