MSX International is currently seeking a Supervisor - Automotive. The successful candidateust have the following skills and experience:
- Managing and assigning work to a UAW hourly and salaried work force
- Coaches and validates all company process related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and maintenance
- Capable of assigning work to UAW hourly and salary employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Five to eight years manufacturing experience
- Managing in a union work environment
Skills Preferred:
- Support Kaizen continuous improvement methods
- Root cause and corrective action mind set
Education Required: Education Preferred:
- Ability to work any shift, rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
- Day Shift 5am to 5pm
- Night shift 5pm to 5am
