Job Description

Receive calls from the customers as the defined KPI time.
Take all information of the customers as the work instruction rules and put it in the dispatcher system.
Send the jobs to the Taxi and follow it to be as defined KPI.
Save and update all customers address in the Dispatcher system.
Solve customers’ complain of late taxi arrival.
Responsible for availability of Taxi based on the customers calls 24x7x365.
Collate information as necessary to support interim decision making by senior management during implementation stage.
Monitor regularly on Franchise and Enforcement KPI’s and report on any deviation with necessary recommendation.
Perform other responsibilities associated with the position when appropriate.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of customer dealing, taxi operation rules and regulations, data entry and maintain records.
Broad knowledge of and background in Taxi Call Center Operations, Process Management.
Basic Computer-literate performer.
Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking. Arabic will be an advantage.
Excellent Business writing skills.
