- Maintain IT hardware to the required standards and provide users with training and support to resolve operational problem timely and efficiency.
- Support the execution of technical project and coordinate other IT section and departments where required to ensure achievement of operational objectives in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Prepare periodic system performance, availability and project progress reports, to be reviewed and forwarded to the department head in order to report on overall system performance and status of IT Operations.
- Recommends the selection of vendors and third party service providers to meet the sections operational needs in accord with IT procedures.
Monitor the financial performance of the IT Operations against budget
Skills - Skilled in the installation sand support of IT system (Virtual and Exchange Server)
- Written and spoken communication in the English Language
*Knowledge of developing IT Procedures.
