Role Purpose - Project Production

Duties & Responsibilities - Take producer role responsibilities under supervision of senior CL Producer across all forms of content creation - short films, documentaries, web series, digital/gaming, publishing and any other genres as requested
- Facilitate legal contracting for allocated project
- Â Budgeting for allocated project and financial management of payments Supervise and attend all production phases for CL funded projects.
- Â Manning projects with community members and help them further develop their skills through communicating them to professionals and/or more advanced community members.
- Â Communicate/facilitate with marketing team to brief on each project
- attend and present creative lab at the twofour54 academic outreach program and events (when necessary)
- Atend and present creative lab at international & UAE based forums and events (when necessary)
- Develop and maintain relationships with community members to ensure maximum engagement with creative lab
- Contribute to the CL website in terms of content and stories
- Â Support producing CL events
- Â Communicate with community and talent management team at all times
- Support development of workshops and attend as necessary
- Read and assess creative lab applications coming from community and non community members and respond as appropriate. Maintain WIP records.
- Meet with Applicants to assess suitability for funding
- Work on documents to greenlight project
- Work with the applicant to develop content for the submitted application
- Â Communicate with applicants for further processing and update
- Â Maintain proper track of communication and meeting records with applicants
Education,skills & experience
- Graduate of Media communication/Arts
- Media production skills
- MS office
