Job Description License/Certification/Education: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred w/1-3 years of experience in related field. Normally requires a Valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record.
Supervises the activities of 20-25 Patient Service Technicians and the operations of Patient Service Centers according to established policies and procedures.
- Must be skilled in adult and pediatric phlebotomy
- Must be able to relate professionally with employees, sales team and clients.
- Excellent Time Management skills and verbal/written communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
