Manager - Enrollment and Billing - Insurance sector, Arabic and English Speaker
On behalf of our client which is a world leader in the design and management of international healthcare solutions, we are looking for a Manager - Enrollment and Billing. The position will report to the Operations Director. This is a long term (unlimited contract) position on Transguard payroll.
Roles and Responsibilities 1. COMPLIANCE
- Ensuring overall insurance delivery objectives of the department are met, turnaround time for cards is followed and emails are replied within reasonable timeframe
- Follow and ensure that procedures are understood and applied
- Continuous process improvement
- Ensuring that important information is shared within the team accordingly
- Follow up of problems and complaints from clients and other departments to ensure there is continuous improvement
- Ensure that there is excellent relationship with partners/clients by checking the difficulties
- Ensuring that high quality services is delivered by the entire team
2. HR
- HR management of the team (holidays, hiring)
- Motivation of the team
3. ORGANIZATION
- Distribution of tasks to team
- Setting up team targets
- Identification of the needs of the team
4. COORDINATION
- Monthly meetings with all internal teams
- Heavy coordination with Accounts departments regarding reconciliations
- Coordination with Commercial department
REQUIREMENTS Educational Requirements : Minimum 3 year university degree
Languages : Bilingual - Arabic and English .French is an added advantage
Computer skills : Working knowledge of office automation tools and internet
