The talent we recruit will be part of the RMS team in the Gulf and will need to work closely with the Franchise Manager & Regional / Global Marketing apart from customers.
A Day in the Life
We offer you a position where you will be
· Implementing clinical evaluations of Ventilation and Advance Monitoring products to ensure clinical acceptance during the pre-sale and evaluation process.
· Presenting and Demonstrating Ventilation advance modes and clinical messages
· Clinical Training of respiratory therapists and nurses on transport/Home care ventilation
· Providing clinical information through presentations and in-service education for the benefits of our Airway Products and Nellcor oximetery sensors.
· Monitor, map 'burn rate' in the sensors and consumables related to Monitors & Ventilators.
· Coordination with internal sales/marketing team on creating new pathways to enhance market positioning, customer solutions etc .
· Support on marketing & clinical activities across the area - customer trainings, Congress activities & local workshops.
· Support responsibility of new therapy growth initiatives directed towards additional growth strategies in RMS.
- Demo Loaner models follow up & increase usage per capita consumable utilization.
- Support on new initiatives on therapies, product positioning & patient access.
Must Haves · Qualified Respiratory Therapist / ICU Nurse with exposure & experience in ICU & wards.
· Excellent verbal communication, training & presentation skills. English fluency is required.
· Extensive knowledge of the industry & products with sound business sense Team player with good interpersonal skills. Problem solving and proactive approach
· Ability to work under time restraints & deadlines with extended periods with customers.
· Business acumen & ability to analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, present business case to higher management.
· Ability to travel extensively & clear working knowledge of hospital environment.
Nice to Haves
· Effective skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and internet search engines.
· Basic understanding of statistics and statistical methods.
· Effective presentation & analytical skills.
· Knowledge of ICU, Operating room & Procedures.
