A Multinational Pharmaceutical with reputation of delivering a high level of healthcare products require a Quality & Technical Projects Manager to join one of their specialist departments.
Main tasks: The Quality & Technical Projects Manager will support all Quality activities and oversee all Technical projects for the MENA region in alignment with the strategy defined by the business Management
- Ensure regional Quality-Management-System (QMS) implementation and surveillance to meet GxP requirements.
- Monitor performance and trends in Quality KPIs/metrics to maintain processes under control and/or further improve the processes.
- Ensure periodic Quality Management Review Meetings are held and documented.
- Ensure SOP preparation, implementation and periodic maintenance.
- Ensure maintenance of the required licenses and controlled drug licenses.
- Ensure compliance with GDP/GMP and other requirements across Mena.
- Ensure that Quality/Technical Agreements are in place with Distribution Partners/Logistics Services Providers and Manufacturing/Testing Sites.
- Oversee the qualification of suppliers/service providers in the region (bona fidae check).
- Ensure efficient handling of returns, distribution complaints; recall support in line with Technical Agreements.
Qualification: - 5 yrs experience in a similar position preferably with a Pharmaceutical Industry background
- Technical transfers and project management experience
- GDP/GMP/GxP guideline knowledge
- Direct international market experience in Mena countries
- Experience in providing marketing thought leadership - taking consumers/clients insight, and using it to drive thinking and good decisions, is required
