The client is an international Pharmaceutical company with manufacturing plants across the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
The Role Our client is currently looking for a qualified Legal Counsel candidate who will be having the following key responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Board of Directors.
- Provide the Board with suitable advice on ongoing legal matters.
- Review and assess Legal aspects of new initiatives, projects, decisions and partnerships and provide suitable advice accordingly.
- Review Legal practices in the company and recommend enhancements to the Legal Affairs team.
- Collaborate and work with the Legal Affairs team on operational Legal matters.
- Identify operational Legal risks in the company and work closely with the responsible teams to address such risks.
The Candidate The client is looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:
- holding a Bachelor degree in Law or closely related field.
- having at least 10 years of extensive relevant Legal Affairs experience in Corporate and Commercial laws.
- having experience within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry is preferred.
- proficiency in English and Arabic languages is a must.
