- This position is a direct report to the Abu Dhabi Office Managing Principal
- The position has the following primary responsibilities:
- Manage key design projects
- Reviewing documents in various phases for design intent, materials use and compliance with specifications
- Coordination with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Prepare and manage projects schedules and budgets
- Manage staff including technicians and engineers
- Proposing improved solutions on technical issues influencing design
- Completing assignments with considerable independence in accordance with project objectives, professional standards, policies and procedures.
Skills - Degree in Architecture or Engineering from a major Western University.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing MS Project and other projects management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication Skills
· Established skills in business development and negotiation of critical issues
Minimum Requirements: - 10-15 Years professional experience
- Demonstrated large project “Principal-level” experience (Project Principal,
and/or Project Manager)
- UAE Project Experience in both Design or Design Management
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Current resident in UAE
Qualifications: - Project management experience in Healthcare or Hospitality projects
- Registered Architect or Engineer in the US or Canada
