The EMEA business has grown from 6 people and $5m revenue to 250 people delivering $126m in revenue in four years, and we are not slowing down. As we continue to grow our install base of enterprise customers, our Customer Success team is critical to ensuring our clients realise maximum value from their investment in AppDynamics products and services.

We are seeking the best technical and business consultants around to join our world-class team. The primary responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager are to:

• Act as a trusted/strategic advisor to each client and drive continued value of our products and services, increase adoption, and ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy.
• Work with clients to establish critical key performance indicators and metrics and track success.
• Identify and/or develop upsell and renewal opportunities and partner with appropriate teams to progress.
• Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally and manage any escalations.
• Provide Monthly/quarterly operational reviews with the customer.
• Track BVA to BVR (Business value Assessments to Business Value Realization)
• Maintain and Develop Business and Technical Champions.

• You have 5+ years experience in a customer sucess or business consultant role.
• You have experience with escalation management working with Sales, Support and R&D.

• You can demonstrate high-level problem solving and analytical skills.
• You’re a natural champion builder and go the extra mile to add real value.
• You’re a master communicator and presenter at both practitioner and C-Level
• You’re self-directed, detail oriented, able to multitask and work effectively in a very fast paced environment.
• You’re a strong team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic
• Multiple languages and international experience preferred.
