- Distribution of tasks and responsibilities on the technical support staff.
- Analyst provides operational and technical support to computer users and interacts with external suppliers of technology
- To install and configure personal computers, printers and peripheral equipment, assist with capacity planning for computers and networks,
- Provide support to clients through the Helpdesk function and resolve issues ensuring system/data integrity is maintained
- Monitoring the local area network & daily administration tasks
- Maintenance and troubleshooting basic network problem
- Training & support employees on most required operating systems
- Pc assembly, repair and troubleshooting pc & servers, Installation and configuration of hardware components.
- Implementing backup and anti-virus procedures.
- Configuring and updating Cisco devices (routers, switches)
- Installing, Configuring and administrating Microsoft windows servers
REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related subject
- MSCE in windows, , A+, ITIL and other relevant professional certification
- Knowledge of the operation of Internet Service Provider (ISP), LAN/WAN, lSP Protocols,
- Dial-up, xDSL, Cable WiFi, WiMAX VolP network
- Good command over MS Window XP, Win7, Win8 & Win10 operating system and MS Exchange
- Experience in using a helpdesk management system, preferably HP Service manager
- Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and healthcare guides
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Minimum 5years experience in government environment
- Arabic & English fluency is a must
