Troubleshooting all aspects of computer services including network, WIFI, operating system, MS-office, Internet, desktops, laptops, laser printers, laser scanners, projectors, and other computer hardware and peripherals:
- Relocating or moving existing equipment as required
- Installing, configuring, and moving hardware and software components
- Imaging PCs and helping to create or update existing images
- Reporting any misuse of IT resources or potential data security breaches to his/her supervisor to take the suitable action
- Act as a helpdesk staff member as and when required
- Any other duties as dictated by the IT Director
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related subject
- MSCE in windows, , A+, ITIL and other relevant professional certification
- Knowledge of the operation of Internet Service Provider (ISP), LAN/WAN, lSP Protocols,
- Dial-up, xDSL, Cable WiFi, WiMAX VolP network
- Good command over MS Window XP, Win7 Win8 & Win10 operating system and MS Exchange
- Experience in using a helpdesk management system, preferably HP Service manager
- Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and healthcare guides
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Minimum 5years experience in government environment
- Arabic & English fluency is a must.
