Supervisor Fleet Maintenance

Job Details: JOB SUMMARY: Schedules fleet activities based upon patient needs including scheduling of staff and overseeing vehicle maintenance/readiness by performing the following duties personally. Responsible for ensuring that all critical tasks are fulfilled on a timely basis.
REQUIREMENTS: 1. High school graduate or GED
2. Automotive technical certificate(s) and/or degree(s) preferred
3. Arizona motor vehicle operator's license with no significant violations occurring during the prior five (5) years
4. Two (2) years or more of fleet maintenance and/or dispatching experience
5. Demonstrated ability to relate to diverse cultures and specifically the Gila River Community and/or other Native American cultures
6. Interest in medical subjects, patient services/care, and customer service
7. Prior medical environment work experience is preferred
