A growing Investment House based in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Private Equity / Investment Manager to join their busy Investments team.
Reporting to the Head of Investments this role requires:
- Minimum: 5-7 years in a one or several roles, covering Private Equity and/or Family Office;
- Broad and direct end-to-end deal negotiation experience across different capital structures in a variety of transaction structures (acquisition, co-investment, fund investment), geographies (mostly GCC, USA, UK) and industries;
- Extensive experience of leading deal transaction process with support of lawyers and bankers
- Experience in more than one of the following Healthcare, Hospitality, Real Estate, Technology (Fin tech)
- Investment portfolio and portfolio company performance management and reporting
REQUIREMENTS Education and Professional Requirements
- Minimum: MBA or Master Degree in other related discipline.
- Candidates with CFA designation, and/or who possess other advanced finance/investment qualifications would be preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, mature and comfortable in senior-level interactions internally and externally;
- Top-level analytical and modeling skills. Attention to detail.
