We came from Canada to Dubai and unfortunately our Filipino nanny couldn’t move with us, so we are looking for a wonderful and experienced FILIPINO HANDS-ON Nanny to join our family and be part of it for a LONG TIME. We are looking for someone with prior experience, someone who Loves kids VERY VERY much, is patient, energetic, trustworthy, dynamic and flexible. Our nanny doesn’t have to be perfect, but we require someone with solid knowledge.
We offer an initial Salary of 3,500 AED + Raise on Renewal + Annual Performance Bonus + Retirement Plan
We have 2 beautiful children: 2 years old girl and 5 years old boy. We homeschool so the kids don’t go to school. We don’t have TV, so we are looking for a very creative nanny to help us create a fun, engaging and educational environment for them. Someone with some teaching experience ideally Montessori or similar.

When days are not that hot, we spend most of our time outside, in the park, in our backyard, the pool, playing, finding ants, exploring, etc

As the kids don’t watch TV they have plenty of time to develop themselves. We would love to have a nanny that plays an instrument, ideally the guitar.
We travel often and spend months in the best destinations of the world to learn from different cultures. We need someone that loves to travel and is always willing to come with us. Of course everything will be paid!
Our nanny must have a ‘can do’ attitude and initiative to work independently without the need of supervision.
Must feel comfortable doing most things with both of our children BY HERSELF, feeding both of them together, bathing both of them together, going to playgrounds together, etc. The nanny we are looking for must feel comfortable managing both childs at the same time BY HERSELF.
We treat our nannies very well, for us, they have always been an important part of our family, that is why our offer includes a retirement plan:
Stay with us 5 Years - Receive 21,000 AED Bonus ( 6 months salary ) payable after the completion of the 5 years.
Stay with us 10 Years - Receive 42,000 AED Bonus ( 12 months salary ) payable after the completion of the 10 years.
Stay with us 15 Years - Receive 63,000 AED Bonus ( 18 months salary ) payable after the completion of the 15 years.
Stay with us 20 Years - Receive 84,000 AED Bonus ( 24 months salary ) payable after the completion of the 20 years.
The total bonus you will receive after the 20 years of working with the family is 210,000 AED, more than enough to retire back in your home country.
We give these bonuses as we prefer to have long term nannies, that can have a good retirement after working with us. We had a wonderful and caring nanny in Canada working with us for almost 3 years, she became a very special member of our family but unfortunately she couldn’t join us in Dubai due to personal reasons and all the family misses her very much.

- Must be soft spoken to kids (no shouting in the house)
- We are looking for someone with prior experience with young children, someone who Loves kids VERY VERY patient energetic, trustworthy, dynamic and flexible
- Working experience of 5 years + with newborns to toddlers
- Good English (speak, read and write)
- Somebody patient, energetic, happy, has attention to detail, competent, playful and active
- Clean and organized
- Loves to travel (we travel very often!)
- Must have a ‘can do’ attitude and initiative to work independently without the need of supervision
- Must have some educational background
Main Responsibilities: - Provide a safe, caring, nurturing and stimulating environment in which the children thrive and develop
- Play games, read stories, sing with the kids
- Arrange Playdates
- CREATE & EXECUTE fun and creative activities to do with the children
The nanny will be responsible to create and execute the daily routine for the children. We need someone with initiative, we don’t want to have to double check the job.
