Our client is a private healthcare group with hospitals, clinics and outlets throughout the UAE.
Duties & Responsibilities: Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager for one of their medical centers in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for generating more business for existing set up by building their market position by identifying, analyzing, developing, negotiating and closing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities include directing new business development, developing and implementing detailed sales plans, identifying and cultivating key customer prospects, building awareness of services and products, and working with the leadership team to identify new product development opportunities.
Skills Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication skills, both English and Arabic;
- Strong negotiating skills and demonstrated effectiveness in closing sales;
- Well-developed presentation;
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing and/or closely related field;
- Recent and related business development, sales, and/or marketing in a service industry;
- Experience in healthcare in Abu Dhabi is required;
