The Organization:
Our client is a rehabilitation and long-term care provider, with facilities in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain. They provide multidisciplinary and intensive rehabilitation for individuals suffering from neurological problems in subacute, post-acute and long-term care settings. They are hiring a Consultant Pediatrics for their center in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Duties & Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for the comprehensive clinical management of pediatric patients, including guidance on mental and physical growth and development, as the leader of a multidisciplinary team.
Skills Skills & Competencies: - Advanced communication skills for appropriate and effective interaction with patients, families, other team members and referring clinicians;
- Knowledge of both English and Arabic is most preferred;
- Enable collaborative, multidisciplinary practice;
- Clinical skills that include the ability to recognize and manage the disturbances associated with severe medical, surgical, obstetric and pediatric illness and to diagnose and treat the conditions;
- Good analysis and problem solving skills;
Education & Qualifications:
- MBBS or equivalent qualification AND completion of speciality qualification in Pediatrics;
- Proven experience and competence in all aspects of Pediatric;
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience post-graduation;
- Preferred experience with PICU;
- HAAD license or eligibility letter is mandatory
