The Nursing Specialist is responsible for monitoring the implementation of an organization-wide program for nursing quality processes and outcomes improvement efforts. The position holder shall serve as the primary nursing focal point for respective departments to monitor and report nursing performance to Operation & Support Department in consultation with Department Manager.

Skill set a) Bachelor Degree in General Nursing or equivalent of NLT 3year study duration in "General Nursing" from accredited program. b) Minimum 4 Year progressive experience in Nursing Administration, healthcare quality management and developing long-term quality assurance goals, priorities, and performance standards. c) Master Degree from an accredited college or university in public health administration, health care administration, Quality Management or a related field is preferred.
