House Supervisor Position at BMH Collierville
Manages resource utilization and communication to achieve the organizational goals. Has direct supervisory accountability for all positions, employees, operations, and activities within the assigned patient care area; including coordination staff training, assigning and reviewing work, and evaluating performance independently or in conjunction with a higher-level supervisor/manager. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Experience minimum required: 5 years nursing with 1 year of management experience in related field. Leadership experience utilizing problem-solving methodologies.
- Licensure required: Current RN Licensure permitting practice as a professional nurse in the state of practice.
- Education Minimum: Completion of a RN program
- Education Preferred: BSN or higher
- Special Skills Minimum Required: Basic computer literacy skills.
- Certification required: Current American Heart Association healthcare providers Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS; PALS
