Job Description Family Summary:
Aetna International are looking for an outstanding Account Manager to develop Aetna's vHealth sales, service and retention efforts.
The main focus of the role is to achieve enrolment and utilisation targets for Aetna's virtual Health / telehealth proposition across their insured book of business.
He/she will ensure the best service possible for Aetna vHealth corporate and SME insured accounts.
Position Summary: - The Account Manager will support the Head of Business Development in achieving sales and retention goals for Aetna insured accounts for vHealth, focusing on member enrolment and utilization.
- The Account Manager will conduct effective, consultative, relationship-based selling and retention.
- Leverage Care Management, Operations and Network resources to provide the necessary technical, clinical and business content to insured Aetna vHealth customers as needed.
- Understand and maintain knowledge of Aetna's insured account contacts; their background, drivers and specific business needs in respect of Aetna vHealth.
- Responsible for relationship development - (customer, broker and internal), focusing on removing barriers to vHealth enrolment and utilization.
- Support the Aetna vHealth Medical Director with customer on-site clinics at member workplaces across the Dubai metro-area.
- Ensures that the Middle East Insurance Distribution, Sales & Account Management teams are continually aligned with Aetna's vHealth value proposition.
- Maintains awareness of the virtual primary care competitive landscape.
- Co-ordinates Aetna vHealth marketing efforts.
- Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Aetna Quality & Integrity policies, as well as regional insurance and telemedicine regulations.
Background & Experience Desired: * Ideally 5 years' post-graduate experience
- Minimum 3 years -specifically in an account management/development role in the Middle East region, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Proven track record of relationship building and over-achieving retention targets
- Healthcare experience in a commercial environment. Ideally 5 years' post-graduate experience
- Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills.
Educational Requirements: - Education to Bachelor Degree level
- Fluent in English Language
