As a Cyber Education Program Manager, you will:
- Design and deliver initiatives that engage working professionals in innovative and high impact human capital projects. Those projects include designing assessments, educational programs and evaluation schemes.
- Be involved in designing and delivering strategies for developing human capabilities and organizational cultures that are critical for digital transformation and/or cyber security interventions.
- You will also be involved in business development (proposal writing and presentations to clients and leadership); productization of our education portfolio of services (benchmarking, product development and theory-practice connectivity and program management (covering resource planning and management, project finance, project deliverables and project timelines)

To bring your dream to life, you'll need: - 10 years of experience in *any* of the following fields: education, youth development and entrepreneurship, learning and development, people and change management programs.
- Previous experience in a Big Four or consulting firms is ideal.
