The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day operations of UM and Care Coordination activities of the PAC clinical department. Focuses on policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (1 year or less). Works collaboratively with the Hospital Case Management, eviCore leadership, Care Coordinators and Operations team acting as a liaison to ensure process compliance with case handling, appropriate discharge planning, and/or case management from the acute care setting and post-acute setting where applicable. Provides primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance and rewards decisions for direct reports.
Responsibilities Current unrestricted Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse licensure
Minimum 5 years clinical experience with at least 3 years managed care experience
3-4 years of experience in utilization management required with history of strong performance
Home health, SNF, and/or rehab experience desired
Medicare/Medicaid managed care programs preferred
Qualifications Position is located in Franklin office or may be remote.
Position will be full-time during core business hours plus rotational on call and weekends as needed
Ability to sit at a desk 50% of the time and utilize the computer, telephone, and other office equipment, throughout the entire work day; walking and standing
Dependable and reliable work schedule is essential
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of business unit(s) and the organization
Time-management: Ability to effectively manages oneime and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently
Communication: Ability to provide clear verbal and written information via in-person, email, and phone to customers, co-workers, and leadership

Technical Skills: Proficient in computer literacy skills with ability to use and troubleshoot Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
Experience using videoconferencing systems such as WebEx
Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of cultural competency and complies with privacy policies and practices
Proactively communicates regarding existing or potential issues and solicits support to help bring issue to resolution.
Ability to provide direct coaching, feedback and mentoring in a positive and constructive manner
