Our client is now recruiting for a Procurement Supervisor - Sweihan (Al Ain)
Position description Under the supervision of the Finance Coordinator, the successful candidate will perform the following main missions :
- To Supervise the Procurement Service (Purchasing, Store and internal deliveries)
- To manage a team and train them to the new technical requirements
- To manage Procurement performing activities related to committing company resources to purchase goods and services, developing supplier strategies, proposal analysis, and oversees contracts
- To ensure the goal achievement by explaining the general and individual objectives to all members of his team
- To ensure the flow optimization between suppliers and different sectors of the Project.
- To plan, organize and check the logistics operations and delivery
- To assess and plan the request
- To control and follow-up of orders
- To assess products and suppliers based on quality, support, availability, reliability, selection, pricing, delivery credit terms
- To manage the stock flow and procurement
- To report to his hierarchy any malfunction or improvement in the performance of his / her tasks or Procurement service
- To establish and maintain internal and external relations/communication allowing the exchange of information necessary for the activity of the department and the Project
- To establish, maintain and ensure application of all policies & regulations of the company related to the service
- To provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- To develop and implement process improvements and cost savings ideas with suppliers
- To communicate indicators and draw up reports

Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) - Arabic and/or French (written and spoken) are an asset.
