HRBP - HR Operations Location : Abu Dhabi Date: 11/08/2018 Ref. JD-HR-1011
We are seeking for qualified individual for the position of HRBP - HR Operations.
Responsibilities · Understand the strategic business objectives and translate that understanding into human resource initiatives to support the achievement of objectives (recruiting & staffing, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, compensation planning etc).
· Frequent contact with senior management and all levels of employees to provide advice and assistance in all HR related issues.
· Gather and analyse job data and talent requirements of the various functional and business streams, assist in the development of staffing plans with other key management and plan for training and development for section staff.
· Understand best practice administration management and the UAE specific requirements in administrative process, and the connection with the company structure, mission, values and strategy.
· Communicate with government departments/organizations in administration of residency and visas for new and existing employees, and implement any necessary changes to the process if required.
· Ensure that HR policies, practices, programs and processes are clearly communicated and understood throughout the business.
· Establish and manage a Human Resources department within the organization depending on the requirements of the laboratory.
Qualifications: · Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR Operations, with at least 3 years operating at a managerial level.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any elated field
· Healthcare experience is preferred but not essential
· Proven track record of developing and managing the HR function in corporate setting
· Sound working knowledge of the local UAE labour laws, rules and regulations
· Effective communication at all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills and a willingness to share information and mentor staff
· High degree of customer focus, with strong HRIS skills
· Effectively bilingual in Arabic and English
· Role based in Abu Dhabi
