The Organization:
Our client is a rehabilitation and long-term care provider, with facilities in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain. They provide multidisciplinary and intensive rehabilitation for individuals suffering from neurological problems in subacute, post-acute and long-term care settings. They are hiring a Nurse Manager for their center in Al Ain, UAE.
Duties & Responsibilities: The Nurse Manager is responsible for the strategic nursing leadership, ensuring the provision of excellence In nursing and clinical care across all services.
- Making a major contribution to the overall strategic development and management;
- Ensuring that all HAAD and Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) process/ regulations are complied with;
- Accountable and responsible for nursing recruitment, development and retention of nursing staff;
- Duty of care towards ensuring patient and family rights are upheld at all times;
- Accountable in ensuring professional nursing and ethical practice at all times and that all nurses are licensed and fit to practice;
- Ensuring that all nursing policies, procedures and guidelines meet local and international standards, and that nursing staff are competent and skilled.

Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Nursing is mandatory, preferred is a Master degree;
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in an acute care facility;
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior nursing position;
- Recent leadership and management experience;
- HAAD license or eligibility letter is mandatory;
