Description A European MNC Medical Device Manufacturer require a leader to manage sales, distributors and the wider business in the MEATI region. The role is based in Dubai and will require frequent travel across the region.
Oversee the strategy, aimed at increasing market share and penetration across the region.Maintains knowledge of the industry and the competition continually seeking information from physicians, suppliers, and others to improve marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goalsCreate and leverage relationship with Country Key Opinion LeadersMaintains Sales Execution and Productivity: Working closely with the distributor sales teams, developing tactics and strategies to grow high potential regions.May lead a group or team of employees in the achievement of organisational goals. Guide, coach, direct, and develop direct reports, and if applicable, drive those practices throughout their organisation.May direct and control the activities and budget of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups, projects/programs and/or operations.Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. federal/country and regulatory requirements).
Profile To apply for the Regional Manager MEATI, you MUST have ALL of the following:
Regional experience across the Middle East with a minimum of 5 years, working for a principle medical device manufacturer (not working for a distributor)Distributor sales management experience, and direct sales management of your own team. P&L managementDemonstrable track record of delivering high growth in sales revenue and profit (outlined on CV)Be located in Dubai, or have the ability to relocate.
Job Offer 40,000 - 45,000 AED / month + Sales incentive bonus + schooling, medical, flights (family)
