Accountant - Ref. 71
Salary: 5,000-7,000 AED
Location: Dubai - international city
A company located in Dubai international city mainly dealing with lifting equipment, instrumentation, measuring instruments and weighing equipment requires an experienced UAE market Accountant
*This Job also involve:-
- Accounting
- Invoicing and billing
- Pricing
- Stock control
- inventory checking
- HR and administration
- Purchasing (local and international)
*Scope of work highlights:-
1. Invoicing and billing
2. Handling all types of accounts using specialized software (Tally, QuickBooks, Focus…)
3. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
4. Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
5. Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
6. Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations
7. Inventory and Stock control to insure the availability of stock all time
8. Physical inventory checking
9. Handling Related HR Admin works
10. Handling international and local purchasing
*Key requirement:-
- Manual Accounting
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in accounts
- Proven work experience should be in a company with similar products to ours like Engineering, technology or IT company
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a reputable university
- Fluent in English with either Arabic or Tagalog
- Nationality: Arab / Filipino
- Physically fit
- Advance MS Office knowledge
