Our client, a very well established organization in the commodity trading industry, is currently looking for a Business Analyst to work with them as part of their Dubai office.

Responsibilities:

· Implement knowledge of business functions to effectively lead in analysis and design of requirements,

successful implementation and user adoption

· Effectively capture business requirements and define the features of the product from epic level to break down into user stories

· Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables

· Define acceptance criteria, automate application/stress/performance test cases development, and perform manual testing while leading user acceptance testing

· Translate data insights (e.g. user adoption, feature adoption) into actionable tests to qualify new

requirements against the business target operating model

· Develop strong relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive engagement with users, decision makers, vendors, and peers; we want you to bring excitement in communicating the potential impact of your work

· Create, update, and accurately document user procedures and guidelines, as well as functional and technical documents related to specific feature deployment

· Audit recurring issues after deployment and make recommendations to changes in the technical or business process solution

· Help design, document and maintain system processes

· Recommend existing and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to common problems

Skills:

· Minimum three years of experience in requirements gathering, quality assurance testing, and development supporting digital or enterprise application deployments.

· Ability to ask hard questions during workshops and deliver answers in trainings in a manner that drives towards solutions.

· Relish working in a fast paced, quickly changing environment-these descriptors are lived daily in our organization.

· Ability to work cross functionally and influence appropriately, particularly across geographically dispersed teams (this means you do not hesitate to pick up the phone or use video conference to get things done).

· Application experience with CRM, ERP, and BI solutions

· Ability to engage in detailed technical discussions with engineers (hardware and software) and architects, to influence technical decisions

· Understanding of the architectural principles of cloud-based platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and multi-tiered infrastructure

· Experience with API integrations and mobile application enablement can add significant value to this role

· Keen interest on cyber security for both data and applications, as well as security processes, standards and issues involved in multi-tier cloud or hybrid applications
