Servicing and repairing is often seen as a headache and that's why we exist - to bring convenience, trust and value to the industry. This is achieved through the Garaji technology platform, an on-demand concierge service for all your car's needs.
We're building a small but highly talented team to help launch this platform and grow the business across the region.
As a Service Adviser, you will be at the heart of our operations and the face of the company to our customers - presentability and exceptional communication skills are prerequisites.
Your core responsibilities will be:
- To pick up cars from customers and deliver them to our service partners and vice-versa
- To inspect the cars upon pick up / drop off and communication of customer complaints to service partners
- To interact with customers, educate them on the Garaji platform and troubleshoot any issues they may face

Skills Requirements: o 21-years of age or older
o Fluent in English
o Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
o Minimum of 1 years driving experience in the UAE
o Ability to drive a manual transmission
o Interest in customer service and connecting with people
o Self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented and composed under pressure
o Eagerness and desire to take on new responsibilities
o Detail-oriented, trustworthy, personable, and articulate
o Savvy individual with a sharp eye for detail
o Flexible schedule and openness to working nights and weekends
Nice-to-haves:
o Start-up experience
o Previous retail sales experience with consumer technology
o Previous advisor experience with automobiles
o Arabic speaker
