Al Rostamani Pegel is a main contractor in the UAE Construction Industry and has to its credit, timely and successful construction of several multipurpose projects including high rise buildings, villas, hotels, hospitals and industrial facilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Fully responsible to ensure pricing the tender within the specified due date
- Establish pricing using rate analysis based on current material, labour, plant and subcontractor prices.
- Ensure the pricing is in full compliance with the specifications, drawings and BOQ,
- Ensure review of quantity take off.
- Ensure that all special domestic sub contractor packages are priced and is in full compliance by preparing adjudication report.
- Identify any risk.
- Coordinate with all departments to estimate accurately.
- Generate the estimate reports for final review by management.
- Produce Management review pack of the priced tender.
- Complies to all applicable Management Systems
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Any Engineering Degree, BSc. in civil engineering will be preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 years experience in a contracting company on the buildings division.
- Familiar and hands on experience with Estimating software.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work independently.
