Duties and Responsibilities: § Formulating Sales Promotion, Plan & Strategy in consultation with General Manager for Division.
§ Responsible for overall achievement of sales targets.
§ Generating new business by interacting with new and existing customers and developing new opportunities and additional products to maintain a competitive edge.
§ Management of and interaction with Sales team to ensure they are all on track and up to date with current product knowledge and technology.
§ Responsible for total function and administration of Sales and marketing within Division
§ Development of business by way of adding new products, projects and brands for the future growth of the Division which is in line with the present domain of business.
§ Researching and presenting new avenues to the management for business opportunities and Implementing business plans and projections accordingly.
§ Meeting overall Budget and profitability for the Division.
§ Consistently improving processes and managing and driving change.
§ Deal with all customers, principals, Governments etc. on behalf of the Division.
§ Overall responsibility for dissemination of external, technological commercial information of the Division
§ Ensure company operates at maximum efficiency levels in accordance with ISO standards and ‘Lean’ methodology
§ Improve and maintain quality and safety standards
§ Overseeing and managing collection of any outstanding money due to the Division
§ Prepare and deliver monthly management reports.
§ Perform other responsibilities as requested by GM.
Skills and Experience: § MBA + Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
§ Minimum of 14 years managerial experience in field of marketing Fire &Safety products and Services.
§ Experience in system design and installation a must.
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic would also be beneficial)
§ Business acumen with a flair for mathematics/figures
§ Industry knowledge of best practice and quality standards
§ Leadership skills with ability to create and manage effective teams
