Team Lead
- Accountable for the availability, reliability, and uptime of all Insfrastructure Services.
- Manage and maintain IT Security Strategy in compliance with company policies and UAE regulations; Disaster Recovery Strategy through testing and drills.
- Must ensure that the company's data integrity is protected and maintained at all times.
Qualifications: - Has Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 Certification
- 12+ years experience working within an Infrastructure environment with at least 5 years in managing Infrastructure team and IT security strategy and services.
- Experience in Customer Service and Service Delivery using agreed SLAs.
- Understanding of Local Area Network (LAN)/Wide Area Network (WAN)/Wireless/Video/Long Term Evolution (LTE) technologies, voice technologies and voice/network convergence, and process control networks or Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) networks.
