Emirates Electrical Engineering is a responsive and flexible organization specialized in the design and construction of turnkey electrical power projects such as High Voltage Substations, Cable Networks and Transmission Lines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Receive the materials, Prepare material receipt Voucher and Pass the necessary entries in SAP system.
- Issue of Materials and Fixed Assets to sites on time as per Material requesition.
- Prepare necessary Vouchers and updating SAP and Bin cards.
- Prepare of material Reconciliation for high value materials and submit to Inventoryand Asset Controller.
- Monitor the stock level and its periodical top-upping.
- Utilization of maximum storage spaces and storing of materials.
- Safe guarding of stores and fixed assets by giving proper safety guidance to Store Assistants and Security guards with coordination of Inventory and Asset Controller.
- Submission of Monthly reports / adhoc reports to Inventory & Asset Controller.
JOB REQUIREMENT: - Associate's Degree, Vocational or technical degree to be considered.
- Minimum 5 to 8 year of relevant experience in the industry with 0 to 1 year of supervisory experience.
