PRE-SALES CONSULTANT NETWORK SECURITY

The Pre-Sales Consultant coordinates technical pre-sales activities. Transfers industry, technical and product knowledge. Assist in all levels of technical account planning and accompany sales Account Managers on visits to customers.
- Product presentation/demonstration
- Support with technical qualification
- Provide answers to (technical) questions in RFI/RFP
- Build custom demo's
- Deliver Proof Of Concepts
- Offer Post-Sales support
- Support customer events
- Gain understanding of customers, become the trusted advisor, uncover needs, establish value propositions, generate winning solutions, manage cross-sell/up-sell activities
- Position Redington as the supplier of choice, grow a pipeline of qualified tactical and strategic opportunities and close business
- Account mapping and pipeline management (resellers, end customers)
- The anticipated split of time will be 70% on Sales, 30% on delivery
Skills EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Highly skilled in implementation of Network and System Security solutions in large networks
- Desired certification - PCNSE, Fortinet NSE 4, CheckPoint CCSE, CCSA
- Preferred vious experience in a Pre-Sales role.
