Automation Quality Assurance Team Lead

Description We are looking for Automation Quality Assurance Team Lead to provide automation testing to our Websites and Mobile applications using Selenium and Appium. You will also lead a team of QA engineers to perform functional testing of our websites and mobile applications.
Your essential responsibilities is to lead your team to conduct thorough product testing and maintain quality standards in order to ensure the highest quality. Create and modify automated test scripts based on manual test cases, functional requirements or existing functionality of the system. Work to understand the business requirements and objectives relative to the desired functionality of products and applications. Evaluate and test new or modified software to determine that software meets user requirements and established quality standards.
Skills Requirements · Minimum 8 years of Quality assurance experience with at least 4 years as a Quality Assurance Team Leader
· Experience managing offshore quality assurance teams
· Hands on experience developing high quality, robust, browser-based regression automation suites and tests using Selenium
· Hands on experience developing high quality, robust, automation test suites for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone mobile applications using Appium
· Understand the Acceptance Criteria of the User stories
· Devise test scenarios and document the test cases in a test management tool like TFS
· Collaborate with Quality Assurance team members in creating test plans and defining test cases
· Ensure quality assurance process is followed by QA and development teams.
· Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
· Apply various testing types and methodologies effectively during SDLC
· Automate both Front End and Back end tests
· Automate the performance tests
· Execute the test cases and log the test results
· Understanding of Agile methodologies
· Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
· Extensive experience in quality assurance practices and processes, scripting and project management
· Experience with JMS, JSON, Rest APIs
· Working knowledge of CI/CD to support continuous automation and deployment process
· Experience using various automated testing frameworks
· TFS Experience is a plus
· Microsoft .NET programming experience is a plus
· MS-SQL Experience is a plus
