Crowne Plaza Dubai-Deira is a few metres away from shopping malls and from the newly build Dubai rail system, linking you with the rest of this exciting city, including the famous Jumeirah district and the Emirates Shopping Mall. The hotel is located only 15 minutes' drive from Dubai International Airport . The hotel is an ideal venue for experiencing great room comfort, delectable cuisines and banquet and catering facilities.

You will be responsible in assisting all guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Concierge related functions. The Bellboy recommends and actively promotes the hotel's food and beverage outlets and knows the different themes nights, events and hotel property with hours of operations

Located in the hotel entrance, the Bellman welcomes and greets every guest and provides them with personalized service.

You will assist all the guests arriving by car, taxi, limo or bus by operating the door and helping to unload luggage. Extreme care and proper handling of guest belongings should be practiced at all times. You will be able to accurately give clear directions and information regarding the immediate area and local attractions.

Qualifications :

This 'hands-on' role involves enforcing company standards and policies and high levels of customer service. You will bring with you strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English is required.

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.

Having an UAE driving license would be an added advantage.
