DBC is looking for a charming, presentable and outgoing individual to represent our entertainment brands and drive our relationships with key clients.
- Build & nurture profitable and personal long term relationships with our important clients.
- Address & resolve customer complaints.
- Coordinate corporate events, school bookings & birthday parties.
- Executing loyalty strategy & ensuring customer retention.
- Appeal to our target market and make sure that our marketing strategy is being perpetuated on the ground as planned.
- Act as a point of contact for client issues, requests and feedback about all aspects of the center.
- Collaborate with internal team such as sales & operations to address customer needs.
- Establish relations with desirable brand ambassadors, bloggers and influencers.
Skills - 3+ years experience in Customer Service in UAE
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Outgoing, charming & presentable people person
- Problem solving and sales oriented attitude
- Proficient in English, Arabic is a plus
- Event / bookings coordination experience is a plus
- Comfortable with E-mail & MS Office
