Job Description and Requirements The individual will be assigned to attend our travel desk in our partnered hotels and to promote our company's products (excursions) aiming to sell and achieve the given targets. He/She will be responsible to provide excellent service, maintain high levels of customer service, and promote our company's products to maximize revenue generation opportunities.
Must have/ meet the following:
- Must have proficiency in at least 2 additional languages (preferably Russian and/or German and/or French and/or Italian). Knowledge with more languages will be advantageous.
- Excellent English communications skills
- Actual experience in sales & customer service preferably in the hospitality field
- Pleasing personality
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
