- Energetic, engaging and passionate Food & Beverage professional with a proven track record in the hospitality industry
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience, currently holding a similar position in a 5 star hotel or trendy, upmarket stand-alone restaurant/bar/lounge
- Hospitality or Business Administration related Diploma or Degree
Skills - Experience within the UAE, with up to date knowledge of both local and international F&B market trends
- Results oriented, sound level of business acumen
- Creative, highly driven and able to create innovative and effective restaurant promotions
- Experienced in attracting, developing and retaining high performing teams
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English essential with Arabic an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of all MS Office applications
