Operations Manager - QSR
Salary: up to AED 12,000 based on experience
Location: Dubai
Our Client, One of the most popular restaurant concepts in the region with interests in various cuisines.
Their growing concepts in Quick Service Restaurants and locations across the UAE have seen a rise in clientele and demand for further expansion.
As a result we are seeking a highly talented Operations Manager to oversee multiple outlets and further openings in the future.
Responsibilities - Consistently ensure great operations across all outlets
- Train management team to achieve sustained greatness on service, quality, and employee development.
- Exceed budgeted financial expectations based on forecasted goals and metrics.
- Perform monthly internal audits to ensure quality and safety.
- Always be Food Safety focused and hold assigned restaurants to that same standard.
- Ensure all staff maintains proper hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with HACCP standards
- Achieve Food Cost targets
- Maintain store cleanliness in all guest and employee areas.
- Oversight of store level menu management/ POS software.
- Ability to analyze the data and create a game plan to hit goals.
- Maintain proper staffing levels by conducting interviews and participating in the hiring process.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding issues/gaps in procedures / and customer service initiatives.
- Maintain a friendly and fun environment.
Skills Requirements - Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience within the UAE
- At least 1 year experience at Supervisory / Managerial level within QSR and for multiple outlets
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills with an entrepreneurial attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic preferred
