Our client is a well established Financial Services firm, based in Abu Dhabi.
Due to the high level of activity, the Head of Legal would like to hire a Legal Secretary, who has significant experience with Corporate Secretarial matters.
- A very important part of the role is to deal with Corporate Board meetings and all other Legal support required by the Head of Legal.
- You will also assist with the regulatory side of the business.
- It is a high profile role with a great deal of interaction with the business.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
